Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply when you use Glideway AI, operated by Glide AI, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 06756978, registered office The Lowns, Norwood, London, SE19 3TP ("we", "us"). They cover the website at glidewayai.com and the customer sign-in service at app.glidewayai.com (together, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. Early access

The Service is in early access and under development. Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, we do not promise any particular level of availability, and the Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

3. What the Service does

Glideway AI helps small and medium businesses get answers from their own documents and helps with everyday IT problems. Answers are shown with their sources. Read-only checks on computers explain what looks wrong. Anything that would change a computer needs a person to approve it first.

4. Your account

You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through your sign-in. Tell us promptly at Hengeb@GlidingAI.onmicrosoft.com if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account to protect the Service or other customers.

Each customer organisation is kept separate from every other organisation. You must not try to access another organisation's data or the Service's internal systems.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law; attempt to bypass security, approvals or access controls; probe, scan or overload the Service without our written permission; upload malware or content you have no right to use; use the Service to harm, harass or deceive others; or resell or share access outside your organisation unless we agree in writing.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide ("Your Content"). You give us permission to process Your Content only as needed to provide and secure the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to provide it. Where we process personal data in Your Content for your organisation, we act as its processor under a data processing agreement.

7. AI answers can be wrong

The Service uses AI. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, even when sources are shown. Check important answers against the source before relying on them. Do not use the Service as your only basis for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions. You decide whether to approve any action the Service proposes.

8. Fees

During early access the Service is provided free of charge, unless we agree pricing with you in writing. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you the price and billing terms before you are charged, and payments will be handled by a payment provider.

9. Our property

We and our licensors own the Service, its software, design and branding. These terms give you a right to use the Service, not to own or copy it. If you give us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

10. Confidentiality and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Service, including role-based access, separation between customers and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure. The Service has not been independently security-certified.

11. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, data or goodwill, to the extent the law allows.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the Service. After your organisation's account ends, we delete or return Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell customers directly about material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
